So... basically, you're basically saying that this will be sorta like PC?
We need rules, such as no disrespect (as most people treat me, the 12 year old) and no SPAM. If the new forum will be like this, then don't put signatures, if you know what they are. If not, then you might wanna put the sig option into our accounts.
I think you'll need a sig option, and as for the SPAM and disrespect, I think whoever the Mods are (or whatever rank's there will be) will take care of that by deleting them and giving the user a warning.
And Jose (the admin) makes sure everything is running smoothly under the mods and such.
As for the topics,and sub topics.

Hey, if you mean friend hook-ups, do you mean like having a family? In PC, There's a family system where we get brothers, evil twins, mothers, and more depending on how you do together. Off-topic is say, like a Daily Chit Chat, right? To go with that, we could employ a Member of the Month.

Why "pure evil"? There should be a space for every point of view. But, it's just a suggestion, it doesn't need to be there.
If the Forum is turned into a Message Board, I tell you, MiiPlaza.net will draw all kinds of people and will become even better than it already is.
