As I've mentioned before, I'll go to England now :)
I'll be back in seven weeks, but actually I should be able to have Internet access there most of the time...
I've never been to Brighton... and I don't go to London (unless I absolutely have to)... and I don't speak English proper... so the chances of me bumping into KG are slim. I'd estimate about 12%.
Have fun KG... just don't expect to get sand between your toes : )

@KG keep away from london for the next couple of weeks. the riots are getting out of hand here.
croydon and sutton town centres are the main hotspots tonight. and i live part way between the two. both towns are half hour apart by car.
news also suggest birmingham has riots too.
check youtube for "peckham riots" and go from there.

Back at home again. Yay!
... my laptop now seems to me like a huge computer from 1967 because I used a netbook in England all the time.
The first two weeks I stayed at a teacher's house and she gave me 1-to-1 lessons. She really was a bit old-fashioned, you could especially realise that because after these two weeks I went to a young family with a baby and they spoke and behaved in an entirely different way than she did. To be old-fashioned doesn't always have to be bad but she was old-fashioned in an annoying way. Although the teacher lives in a house, I liked the flat of the second family better... it was cleaner. Those 1-to-1 lessons could have been better, too... so yeah, I wasn't sad to move house after two weeks. Then, staying with the young family, I visited a language school. I was in the advanced course but it could have been more challenging sometimes nevertheless... lol. Some Asian people are really hard to understand... but they were nice. But actually, everybody was nice there. ^^
Hmm, is my English better now? Well, maybe a bit. Hmm, make that a tiny bit - there are still millions of words I don't know...
But apart from my English, I'm just glad to be back again. I love our house... ^.^

@kg. hope you enjoyed your time over here?
i`ll bet you never met a single cor blimey guv`nor *****ney in the entire time you were in london. the bed knobs and broomsticks london doesn`t exist anymore, london accents are closer to what you`ll hear in the films lock, stock and two smoking barrels or snatch.
you should have messaged me. i live south side london, about half an hour drive from wimbledon. we could have met up. maybe next time if you hop over the pond again.
it`s nice getting away from the everyday norm for a while. but, i will agree, it`s always good to get back home. especially to one`s own bed.
You're written English is perfect KG... I'd say better than 99.999999% of English people (and 100% of Americans *wink*).
Was it your spoken/conversational English you were trying to improve? If not, you could've easily stayed at home... there ain't nothing to be learned from the folks in Brighton...

^ haha, thanks. yeah, it is mainly my spoken English I was and still am trying to improve... I failed the oral part of a test for university and have to take it again in October, so now I hope I'll be able to pass it this time...
Hey guys! Back again. So here's what's been going on:
Nintendo Wii had issues, sent it out to get repaired.
Got a second console(black)...just in case.
Wii came back w/ no trouble repairing.
Had to re-download ALL my Wiiware/VC games(read my list...it's a lot!)
Lost my Address Book on my Wii. Lame.
Had to get ALL my Miis back!
DSiXL is now having issues(*grrrr*).
Sending out XL to get repaired this week.
Finally got a 3DS!!!
Been going game crazy on Neopets lately!
And finally, making some time to make/edit Miis on the 3DS!
^Yeah, thanks!
Seriously though, getting the Wii repaired is a pain. They keep a backup of your data, but you have to download it again(Miis, VC/WiiWare, Save Data, DLC, ect.).
Hoo boy... KG just left! :X Have fun on ur cruise! :)
Speaking of which, I'm actually going on a trip in Hawaii (Oahu and Maui specifically) from this Monday to April 10th. And then my next quarter of school starts XD
Thx, it was an interesting cruise, but I wouldn't like to visit the Middle East again... going there once is enough, I think.
For me, university will start on April 11th again...
