Hello, and welcome to another Gamercreated.com Mii Contest. You may or may not know, that last year, around this time, our very own B1ll hosted the first annual Halloween Contest. It was very recent, when I decided to carry on this tradition for Halloween 2009. I hope that you will participate and support the contest over the next few weeks. Following below is the rules and the basic outine of this contest:
(NOTE: Please notice that some dates such as Submission and Voting periods will overlap due to the last minute announcement of this contest. Thank you.)
Sign- Up Deadline: Saturday, October 10th - To sign- up, simply comment on this thread or send me a message stating that you are participating in the contest.
Pre- Contest Preparation: Sunday, October 11th- Tuesday, October 13th- Prepare yourself for the contest by either creating your miis, or begin to develop plan for the contest.
Submission Period (Week 1): Wednesday, October 14th- Saturday October 17th - Submit only one mii to the designated thread (will be made when confirmed). This mii can be any Halloween- related type. It can be new or a mii previously made.
Voting Period (Week 1): Sunday, October 18th- Tuesday October 20th- All users (particiapting or not) will be allowed to vote on the miis in the designated polls. These polls will consist of two miis, in a "head to head" match up. The winner of each poll will recieve one jack-o-lantern.
Submission Period (Week 2): Monday, October 19th- Thursday, October 22nd- Submit only one mii to the designated thread (will be made when confirmed). This mii can be any Halloween- related type. It can be new or a mii previously made.
Voting Period (Week 2): Friday, October 23rd- Sunday, October 25th- All users (particiapting or not) will be allowed to vote on the miis in the designated polls. These polls will consist of two miis, in a "head to head" match up. The winner of each poll will recieve two jack-o-lanterns.
Submission Period (Week 3): Saturday, October 24th- Tuesday, October 27th- Submit only one mii to the designated thread (will be made when confirmed). This mii can be any Halloween- related type. It can be new or a mii previously made.
Voting Period (Week 3): Wednesday, October 28th- Saturday, October 31st- All users (particiapting or not) will be allowed to vote on the miis in the designated polls. These polls will consist of two miis, in a "head to head" match up. The winner of each poll will recieve three jack-o-lanterns.
Champion Announcement: Sunday, November 1st- BE WARNED: Standings will not be posted the contest periods, instead of keeping you up to date, I will keep the standings recorded, without anyone seeing who is winning, or who has how many points. The standings will be announced on November 1st, the day following Halloween. The user with the most jack-o-lanterns will be the winner.

Winner takes all. They must submit one more mii. This mii must be Halloween- related. Submission for Tie Breaker will take place November 1st to November 4th. Voting will occur November 5th to November 8th. The winner will be announced November 8th. Again this is only for a TIE BREAKER situation.

Eben Frosty: Yes, you can make three miis, or you can use three miis that you have already uploaded, they must be yours! I suggest that you make three new miis.
King Galaxy: Thank you, and yes if you win ever week, you will accumulate 6 jack-o-lanterns. You MUST be strategic in this contest. For example, you may want to keep your best miis last, so you can win more jack-o-lanterns with them. You want all your miis to be good, but if you want to play strategically, I suggest saving your best miis for last.
ATTENTION EVERYONE: It has come to my attention that there is a possibility of a Tie in this contest. If there is a tie, the user's will face off by posting one new mii each based on Halloween Theme. Submission time for this would probably run after Halloween.

TY for creating the contest, Dylan. I enjoyed the last one a lot. I will enter.
Two notes, though: One, some people experience delays of up to 24 hours between posting a mii and having it show up for the public on the site. (So I guess we'll have to get miis in early, to be safe.) Also, the contest will require an even number of participants to work, so it's a good idea to sign up early. Assuming I read things right. Hm. We also had a problem last year with people bailing out. What do you do with an odd number of players?
Oh yeah. Not that I expect it to come up... But while we can use already posted miis, using miis from last year's contest shouldn't be allowed, I think.
Toon- This contest is all by luck. Last year, B1ll thought of this a month ahead time. Since this was last minute, and put together in a very short amount of time, I am praying that everrything will go well. As for uploads taking a while, I think it would be best if a user uploads a mii, finds it on his/her profile, and sends me the link. I will take it from there. I am hoping there will be an even number as well, if not, I will try my best to get someone else to particiate in last minute, or myself will participate. I cannot cheat and I will not cheat.
Also, i agree with miis submitted from last year will NOT be accepted, however if you have Halloween Related miis from last year, but were not used in the contest, they will be permitted. Thank you for the questions. Any other problems, please contact me.
Soooo, you could win the first two weeks and you'll end up with the same amount of jack-o-lanterns like somebody who only won the third week? (They would both have three jack-o-lanterns then, right?)

Oh that's right, Celery did win. My faught. But I am pretty sure Redsoxfan won one of the contests from 2009.
Dark Icarus: No they are just Halloween Realted miis. I don't want to make things too complicated and inconvienent for other users.
