I also want to know about they eyes... I think there might be a diffrence in PAL, and NTSC versions or something, because i cant see how some of the miis on this site are made

It looks like he put sunglasses over the eyes. If you look you can see what eyes he used then he just made the eyes and sunglasses the same size.

Yeah I used black glasses to cover up the white of the eyes to get the look I wanted.
