1. You can't copy them.
2. You can't post them on Check Mii Out channel
3. If you send them to someone there gone off your wii but on the persons you sent it too.

SSB Needs to be on DS. The only other way to play SSB wirelessly is using a psp emulator to play N64. I mean...nintendo made mario party DS so why not SSB DS?

I got mine about a year before its US realese. I got a european one off ebay. It Sucks. DS browser takes forever to load, Doesn't support flash, ands hard to use.
