i have heard the same thing. I have also heard that they are currently working on a wii update that will allow us to run channels off of our sd cards as well :) so no more switching back and forth for those of us that have already downloaded too much lol

oh so many things come to mind on this. This is going to stimulate us into a worse situation than we are already facing. First of all, saying a tax cut and 'indefinitely' in the same sentence is your first problem. You are snowed. NO tax cut is permanent. They do it to butter us up and set us up for the up coming increase, which Obama will slam us with sooner than later.
The government needs to stop bailing these union ran businesses and let them apply for bankruptcy for restructuring. That is what it is for. They need out of the insane union contracts that pay huge pensions to people who retire at 40 then get another job elsewhere while collecting a pension, lower the pay rates of their top executives, fire the people sitting on their bums reading the comics waiting for someone to say they have a job while collecting a salary because they can't be fired/let go because of the union, etc. That will save us billions in itself.
Secondly, STOP expanding government for all of these useless programs and departments that do nothing. We got by without them before, we can do it again. Billions saved again.
Third, STOP handing over money to all of the ILLEGAL aliens. STOP giving citizenship because they drop a kid over here. STOP the special programs in schools for non-english speaking kids. STOP conforming to suit their needs and concentrate on AMERICANS. again, billions.

that mii still blows me away :) i constantly look through my mii parade for those certain canvas mii's that are not appropriate for my daughter to see. I wish I knew who had them on my list but I can't tell. Plus I believe you bring in mii's from online play as well if I remember correctly. everybody knows you own it :) getting 1st in the contest was a slam dunk
My Epona mii is a prime example of this. I posted her here, folks flipped out about her yet NOTHING on CMOC for the longest time (at least 9 months). Then, I don't go into the channel for awhile and BOOM! she's my #1 with full stars, lol. My Midna was #1 forever but Epona galloped right over her :) lol
Then, I have mii's on CMOC like myself, hubby and daughter. those two have votes! but mine doesn't....lol I don't know who people think they are, but it cracks me up
I don't know if you would call it cheating...i can see both ways. if the glitch is there and somebody has WAY too much time on their hands to find it and they use it, so be it. BUT, in the case for Mario Kart, those that use the glitches and screw all of the folks that actually deserve the top spot or top 10 rankings aren't cheaters but just lame. The grumble volcano one drives me nuts and I've been seeing alot of folks use that during online play alot lately for some reason.
Shortcuts, yes go get them. But running into a wall and sitting there forever to get a 2 second racing time or jumping to the side and going around in a small circle on a mountain to fool the game into thinking you lapped....stupid.
I have bought a few that I beat in like an hour. So now, I try to stick with the online enabled ones or ones like Tetris/Dr Mario that have an 'endless' type play to them. I need to get the classic controllers so I can go bankrupt in the virtual console, lol
I found this comical to read now, lol. Back when the game first came out, yes it was unheard of. But NOW, just how common is cheaters to everyone for mario kart online? I play every night and have to say I come across one atleast once. I thought it was funny reading this with the 'it isn't possible to cheat' comments ha ha. Yes, cheaters absolutely SUCK and it is stupid. If you can't reach 9999 doing it from skill, what is the point? I came SOOO close to 9000 the other night, four points away to be exact to get nailed and hit over and over again to lose 300 points. Back to building :) lol
I'm back :) :) I have been addicted to mario kart FOREVER and that has been taking up most of my wii time lol. I about died when I went into the channel and #1 saw my Epona mii has now taken over Midna as my #1...BUT, my Epona is now being copied as well! Buttheads. In my popular menu, there she was and it wasn't mine. I swear, I don't get the point but I'm sure theirs will make it to top 50 instead of mine... I have a few five star ones, but not one has made it to top 50 to date. Hopefully one day, but I just hope MINE make it before someone else's copy of it. My Midna has been bombarded with copies, along with my dog, ghost and now Epona. I know for a fact I was first with Epona and Midna, so I have the comfort with that :) lol Sorry to stay away so long, the old lady is back!
my router was actually the problem, which still is weird. i'm thinking the timeout setting on CMOC must be much shorter than other channels/games. i just had to reboot it and all was well. it had been active for over a month straight and wireless routers don't like that i guess lol.
Is anyone else having a problem connecting to the CMOC?? Since yesterday, i have not been able to get in for some reason, yet my wifi is working on other channels and games
KAOS's midna you posted was created april13th, i've had mine since january posted on cmoc and i didn't create my account here until towards the end of april. of course not saying it is a copy though. midna is midna. KAOS's is a little bit different than mine looking at them both. how can you be sure you had the original? seriously though. i didn't see any midna's on cmoc until about may or so. my midna didn't start moving up my list until i posted her on here. now she's everywhere. i haven't seen another epona yet....i'm sure it is coming. the zelda peeps where some of my first ones i created when i started getting "unique" with my mii's. midna was the third one after link and zelda.
i don't think i would call out someone as a copy unless it was exact and i knew of some kind of link back to me. otherwise, how do you know it isn't some other talented person that sat down one day to make one of their favorite characters that just so happens to look like yours...because it is the same person.
Does your rating go down if you post new mii's on here?? My rating was 3.2 or 3.4 w/65 votes and now is 2.4 or something like that still 65 votes. I just uploaded a few new mii's and updated a couple pics just now. I thought it took the overall ones that are rated and based it on that. I guess it makes sense, but I just wanted to double check :)

I went in there the other day and a certain artist, not naming names..., had literally at least 1st through 6th, then someone else's, then theirs again for two or three more places. And IMO they weren't that good and quite possibly copies. I'm still confused on the voting for the top 50. I still think there is a loop hole and little by little peeps are finding out how to make their's score high and are doing it. Look at the STUPID chipmunks. nuf said

people's opinions vary greatly. i take what i can get. i have some at 5 and i think i even have one or two with 2 or less. i have some i think are good with no votes. you have to be open to critisisms. if you can't take negative comments, then maybe you shouldn't put your work out there? relish in the positive and learn from the negative.
if someone is intentionally giving your miis a low rating, take it as a compliment. they are clearly jealous of your work :) they will lose interest soon and move on and actually get a life and you will recover from it before you know it. but the more it is posted about, they are getting the response out of you that they want and they know it is affecting you. so they will keep doing it.
my advice is to buck up, deal with it, don't say anything more about it and move on. it will pass :)
As those of you who have viewed my miis know, my old TV SUCKED BAD. It was very difficult to get a good pic of my mii's. I want to take new pics and repost them just to have a good clear pic, but I don't want it to flood the new mii's section since they aren't technically new mii's. Some of my mii's that have quite a bit of detail to them would come over MUCH better, others wouldn't be that much different.
I bought a flat panel TV and I use to have a projection TV that flickered. The picture difference is CRAZY and now know how some of you have such clear pics of your mii's :)
If you were in my situation, would you update your pics??
