Do a search for Blast Works if you have a Facebook account and become a fan. There is also a MiiPlaza application that you you can add to your Facebook profile.

It is probably a problem when it uploaded. Check to see if the download is fine, then try uploading the shape again so it is viewable.

2. No you can't rotate from one view to another. Since the enemy was made facing down it will stay that way.

3. The way I got around this was to create my enemies parts in the shape editor then bring them over with the library feature in enemy editor.
