Well, I wanted to make a bullet that was cool for outer space levels, but I didn't want to do a alien, or a planet, so I a star. It's kind of a stop/resume bullet, because the first part of the bullet is stop/resume. Also, that question mark in it's name, it's really supposed to be a star shape.
