Joe the Condor is another member of Team Science Ninja Gachaman. (sp?) He's the more "Robin/ Vegeta-like" of Ken's two sidekick: occasionally going too far...

Also a secret character in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.

"Wherever I find evil in this world, I will destroy it with my Bird Missiles!" (His last line in his arcade ending in TvC. Also the cheesiest line in the game.)
