Doronjo is a pretty crappy villain. She and her Doronbo gang (her, Tonzura, and Boyacky) are basically not only a watered-down version of Team Rocket, but she's really just an evil Hercule. She ALWAYS fails, never comes close, and there's never an epic "to be continued" episode where she does wins. Her plans aren't terribly exciting either: sure, she uses bombs, explosives, giant robots, and, uh, bikes, but she main goal is something like stealing diamonds or crap like that. Heh.

Sorry for that blab. She is also a playable character is Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. She's fairly hard to master, but she gets to be a fun character to use when you master her.
